Anti Dumping Duty Expires For Solar Panels From China, Malaysia and Taiwan

Expiry of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of solar panels and cells, originating or consigned from China, Malaysia and Taiwan. These duties will not apply to the products from 4 September 2018.


The Commission has advised by Decisions (EU) Nos. 2018/C310/06 and 2018/C310/07, that anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and cells expired on 3 September 2018.
